1. Unique, innovative head wwith screw system and two-direction simultaneous feed and 180 mm (7.1") wide belt — guarantees much longer belt life, a faster and cleaner notch, and less heat marking of the tube!
Head of machine can be pivoted away to convert machine from TUBE NOTCHER to general purpose GRINDER ( with Ø 114 mm roll ) — the ONLY machine of its kind!
2. FAST, SAFE, PRECISION notching for tubes up to Ø 114 mm ( 4.5" ) — no more use of saws, grinding wheels or flame torches! The EN180 is the best way to achieve ALL your precision pipe notches for handrail applications, racing car frames, etc. 3. + 4. Conversion in General Purpose Grinder in 5 minutes! The head with the tube clamping devices is released and simply pivots to one side as shown. Fitting a Ø 114 mm roller ( 4.5" ) and the support plate, the machine can immediately be used as a general purpose grinding machine! No other machine has this Notcher-Grinder double feature! 5. Very heavy duty structure (300 kg/660 lbs.) for vibration free, PRECISION notching and grinding for the PROFESSIONAL user.

7. + 8. Quick and easy roller change for each tube diameter. Innovative roller release system using one screw on each side of the roller. Removing then the side holder (one screw only) the roller is removed from the machine — easy! 9. Fine adjustment of belt tracking for optimum belt setting. 10. High power (1000m3/hour) two-point suction fan as STANDARD ensures dust and chips are drawn away from the workpiece into the tray (see picture 6) — an important health and safety advantage! 11.
